Quest Liner is a family owned business that highly values every single one of our truck drivers. Our truck driver training consists of numerous components, all of which serve to contribute to your safe and successful driving career with us.

We offer a quality Driver Training and Entry Level Driver Training for drivers who have less than 12 months verifiable driving experience or zero experience.

Some highlights of our program include:

• Paid training – Training is essential to your knowledge and performance and, therefore, we believe you should be compensated for it.

• “Hands on” training is provided so that you can immediately apply what you’re learning.

• Supplemental Internet based training/retraining.

• All of our training is performed with late model equipment and “state of the art” technology (e.g. Anti-lock brakes, Roll Stability, On-Guard, Lane Departure, Electronic Logs).

• Orientation and training takes place in 3 regional locations: Blue Grass, IA for the Midwest, Houston, TX for the South, and Tuscaloosa, AL for Southeast.

• Combined with our sister company Foodliner, we have nearly 50 highly qualified and knowledgeable Driver Trainers nationally, one Regional Trainer, and two Corporate Trainers. Our Driver Trainers are also utilized to assist with special projects and/or emergency situations.

• Annual Driver Training meetings and retraining.

Additionally, we’re proud to partner with a Chicago-based college to help promote the field and hire more Entry Level Drivers.
